I am very pleased.  They were very professional and very easy to deal with. We had a problem with the installation cost and it took about 5 months to get it taken care of but they finally took care of it.  It just had to get to the right person. I was pleased with the price. It was actually less than I was paying. Anything we have needed, it has been very quick.

The worst experience of my life.  READ YOUR CONTRACT.  INSTALLATION DOES NOT NEED TO BE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.  Appointment 1: no show.  Appointment 2: not all equipment, appointment 3: electrician was no show.  I had to end up emailing an executive who did not help either.  After 5 months of missed appointments and an installation which looked like a fire hazard, I asked to be let out of my contract.  Corp said no based on the above clause - they can complete install whenever they want.

Run away!!

PROS: Hard wired alarm system was here when we bought the house. Like the chime when doors open. 
CONS: The glass break wasn't working when we set the system up after moving in, they just said it wasn't working and made no effort to repair it. The batteries have twice failed and instead of someone from the company calling me to check if something is wrong, an automated system calls my phone to say the batteries are going dead. What if someone had cut the power??
When I call them there is usually a long hold time, but the people are nice enough. I just feel like I have an alarm system without proper back up.

Young man who came to install was very polite and professional. Answered questions and set up system quickly. Told us we had three days to cancel. We decided to cancel and ADT makes that incredibly difficult. My wife tried to call and got the run around - have to deliver the actual cancellation form to their office in Denver, Colorado. Wouldn't give her a fax number. I called. They said since it was in her name, I could not cancel it. Asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told that wouldn't do me any good. Insisted and was put on hold for a bit. Same guy came back and told me no manager was available but one would return my call in 24-48 hours - well after the deadline for canceling the service. I did manage to get a fax number out of him, but am holding my breath to see if it was a legit number. Will mail the document also. If you have to stay in business by pressure, intimidation and deceipt, you don't deserve to stay in business.

When I first got the system it would go off at 2 and 3 in the morning and they were able to fix it.  I have not had any troubles since.  The price is good.

The service man was excellent and took a lot of time explaining the system and how it can work for us. We was prompt in his arrival and cleaned up after himself. We do routine tests and are always pleased with the call center. We have not had any problems with this system.

Great. They installed quickly. They called the police when the alarm as gone off. They have called us quickly. Good stuff.

We did not have to pay for the installation because we signed a contract. The contract is billed on a monthly basis. We are pleased with the service and I would recommend them to anyone. They were on time and friendly.

The technician was careful to explain the system and took great care in not damaging the interior.

We have had this system for years and we have not had to use their services as of yet. We feel that their services are nothing short of top notch and we appreciate them as of this time.

Brinks Home Security has monitored our home alarm system for about four years, and we have never had any problems with the system. Brinks are linked to our police, fire, and ambulance departments directly.

I really liked the way they operate. If an alarm goes off, they first call you at home, and then they called your cell. They inform you that the police are on their way. The police will go inside and inspect your entire home before they let you enter. We really feel safe with Brinks Home Security.

I was very satisfied with the package that I chose. The sales associate came to my house to go over all of the different packages that they offer. I wanted something that would set off the alarm if someone broke a window to get in as well as trying to get into the doors. I was very glad to see that they offered inside and outside motion detectors. The installation didn't take long at all; the guy had everything installed in the same day. He made sure I knew how to operate everything before he left. He also gave me a number that I could call 24hrs a day if I had any questions or problems. I really feel safe with the 24 hour a day monitoring they do on my home. The entire system is kind of pricey, but believe me it is worth the money. I do like the fact that they offer monthly and yearly installments on your payments.

I really think they are the best company to deal with when it comes to alarm systems. When ever I have a problem, I can call and immediately speak with someone without being put on hold. If someone is needed to come out they have them here usually by the next day, if not the same day. They are a very reliable and honest company.

They were very helpful and explained everything very well to me. I really liked that they brought a lot of those stickers and signs for the yard. If I ever have to call them I'm sure they will do everything they can to help me.

We were satisfied with this company at the beginning. They installed the system for free but we had to sign up for a three year contract. We didn t mind so much but as the years passed they kept raising the price. They knew we could not break the agreement, which we thought was very unprofessional. We cancelled them when our three year contract was up.

We wanted to get a home security system to guard us in our home from any invaders and to monitor our home while we are away, and home asleep from any fires, or any kind of break ins. We decided to go with a nationally known company like ADT Home Security System. We had an agent representing them come to our home and help us choose the right package that would best supported our needs. After all that was done, the installer called us and set up an appointment that was convenient for us to do the actual installation. He was a very nice gentleman, and he had no real problems hooking it all up. It was quite a relief when he made sure that he went over how to use the system step by step with us as to make sure we knew how to use it properly. He gave us a number to reach him directly if there were any problems what so ever.

Overall my opinion about this company is was actually good. I had no problems with this company and I have had my alarm for awhile now and had no problems with the system. It never goes under false alarm and if I ever needed the company for emergency they respond very quickly.

It was a very cost efficient job. They showed up at the scheduled time as well. They were very respectful and were careful around my house. They have really good customer service. They take care of all of our security needs. I am very pleased with them.

I use them because of their good reputation around the country. I really like the fact that they are so well known and have a lot of experience in the alarm business. I know if there was ever a problem they would be able to take care of it.

I really feel safe having them monitor my system because they have so much experience in the field. If there is ever a problem with the alarm system they send someone out to fix it the same day in most cases. I am very satisfied and will continue to use them.

ADT Security does a great job of monitoring our home alarm system. We have never had a break-in or false alarms and we have never had any issues with the keypad or any other part of the system.

I have been having good luck with Brinks for a while now and I am pleased. I have not had any issues with them since they have installed the system. I feel very safe because they monitor the system every so often so that they know everything is still in good standing and functioning properly. I have no reason to switch companies.

I love this company. This was my second home they have installed an alarm system on. If ever I needed them for anything such as false alarm code changes, they are always right here. They are a respectable business in my opinion, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

ADT does a pretty good job providing me with their services. They seem to keep my system up to date and offer periodic system checks from time to time. I have never had any issues with the company besides being on hold when it is technical. Other than that, I would see no reason not to recommend them.
