Took the car there after being rear-ended.  They were professional from the moment we walked in. They were able to take the car right away, (on a Wednesday). It was ready the next Tuesday, a one-day delay because they were shipped the wrong part. I received a few text messages during the time they had the car letting me know the progress.  The car looked great when I got it back! Since this was my first experience of this type, I am not sure if the pricing was competitive or not. I am assuming yes, because my insurance company gave me their name.

The shop took the car in on Tuesday. We received the call on Friday that the cat was finished and could be picked up on Friday. When we picked up the car at the end of the business day we noticed that there was something it quite right with a gap between the bumper and the hood. We thought it may have been just the lighting as it was already dark so we took the car home. As soon as my daughter saw the car she asked why there are a large gap in the front. After looking at pictures from the day we bought the car, we realized how large the gap was. We brought it back and spoke with the woman who was dealing with our claim. We to Her that we did not believe the work was done properly, that there was a large gap between the bumper and the hood and we wanted them to continue to work on the car. She said she could not see what we were seeing but they would keep the car and work on it some more on Monday. Monday morning we received a call about an hour after they opened saying our car was done and ready to be picked up. Skeptical, we called our insurance company and we sent them pictures of the car that they said was "finished". In our drive to the shop that evening after work our insurance agent called to make sure we were happy with the car, we told him that we did not know, as we were on our way to look at the vehicle. That is when he told us that he had called the shop to inquire about our vehicle and he was told that we had picked up the car and we were happy with the repair! We got to the shop and again the front was in no way fixed. We finally got the shop manager out to look at it and we determined that the hood of the car was dented and it needed to be replaced. They had to then go back to our insurance company and put in a supplemental claim to replace the hood. They ordered the hood and it was installed a few days later. When we finally got the car back it looked like it should have. But it was ridiculous that they tried on TWO separate times to say that they were finished with the work when the car was clearly not. I should not have had to insist they complete the work the RIGHT way. I would not recommend this shop after this experience.

Excellent and SUPER fast service. No complaints here and could not have asked for better quality service. Finished much faster than I had imagined and could never tell the car had been in a collision when they were finished, and I am very picky when I have to pay for something. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, but hope to never have the need to body work, but if I do, ABRA on New Brunswick will be the only one I take my vehicles to!

My car got hit. The other driver was at fault. Even though the dent was minor, once I locked my door I was unable to open it. This place was recommended by the insurance people.
The repairs were good, but the paint job not so much. Less than a year later it is starting to chip and peel.

My insurance company paid for the repair on the driver's side and we paid for the repair on the passenger side. Because all the work was done at one time, the price was very fair and below other estimates i had received. The estimate was done promptly and took just about 20 minutes. They were ready when i brought the car in at the appointed time and the work was completed about a half a day earlier than projected which saved us some more money in car rental charges. The car looks great, as good as when it was new.

Did the job quickly and looks as good as new. They also have a lifetime guarantee on their work, what more could you ask for?
Very Happy!
