Dryer Vents - Clean
We had to pay $500.00 to replace our dryer vent fan after they cleaned our vents. They insisted they had nothing to do with the problem they caused even though we had no problem prior to them cleaning the vent. Not an honest company. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Doug Ault thoroughly cleaned and inspected my fireplace. I have used him in past years, and have always been pleased. It is very easy to schedule an appointment, and he showed up promptly. A couple of places in my fireplace had cracked mortar, and Doug told me that he could repair it or I could do it myself. He told me exactly how to do it and the materials that I would need. Having done this before myself, I opted to make the repair. Doug is such a pleasant person to do business with and very honest. I highly recommend him!

Doug was very professional, on time, and performed everything that needed to be done to get my wood-burning fireplace up to safety code. We are in the process of moving and there were quite a few repairs we needed in order to pass final inspection. He was very knowledgable about how things needed to be done and explained the process to me in a way I could understand. The whole process took about an hour and a half and he kept everything completely clean. He looked over all aspects of my fireplace and was very honest about what did and did not need to be done. I couldn't be more pleased with his service and will definitely use him when we move into a new house.

They were great to work with. Doug was polite, clean and efficient in his cleaning. Given the work I feel the cost is fair. Cleaned out and inspected the fireplace and adjusted the damper. No complaints, I WILL use them again.

Great experience! The service man was fast, clean and explained what he was doing. He gave us recommendations on cleaning based on how much wood we burn each year.

Excellent! Showed up on-time, went straight to work and finished within 45 minutes. Very professional in all aspects! Used clean and well maintained specialized equipment. Swept chimney and removed soot without letting any spill or blow out of the fireplace. Left my fireplace clean and ready for the winter!
