After installing your halo lights and your vehicles factory headlight assembly, installation was complete and delivered to your satisfaction. Remember we installed your merchandise that you brought to us. We cannot offer you a warranty on items not purchased from our company. And unfortunately your lights became defective after a couple of weeks, and our workmanship and installation isn't guaranteed in these type of situations. We offered to assist you in getting your problem resolved out of customer service, in order for us to do so we simply asked to get reimbursed for our time on your vehicle.
