I have been using these guys for years. You can probably find someone cheaper in town but these guys worth every penny. They are proudly Midtown owned and operated and stand by there work every time. I have used them 10+ times and the one time something wasnt fixed correctly they had it fixed within an hour of bringing it back, Great guys.

It was a little more expensive, but they've always done their job well.

When I picked up the computer a couple of days after leaving it in the shop, there were two deep black scratches on one side of the case. I brought this to the attention of the man at the front desk and her got the owner to look at it. The owner said to check with the manufacturer of the case and he would replace it.

I took the computer home and it still had a virus that showed up within about 30 seconds after turning it on.

I returned the computer to the shop and again cautioned them about being careful with the case. When I got it two days later, the virus was indeed gone BUT now it had a large gash in the front of the case on top.

This convinced me that I would NEVER bring anything back to that shop. I cannot imagine what they might do to me or my equipment next time. The owner did say he would replace the case but, could anyone trust his people to actually replace the case with a new one and install all the parts in it in such a way that I could be confident to use it?

Now I am out a $200 case. I did not ask, but no offer was made to just replace it for me. No offer was made even to just reimburse me for what I had paid the shop.

This used to be an excellent company and I had trusted them for years but there seems to be a whole new attitude that is arrogant and uncaring.

Brian worked for almost three hours. He was unfamiliar with the new apple router, but figured it all out. He tested until we got the results he wanted. Did not charge me for the extra waiting time while testing the maxtor back-up storage.

I thought these guys were pretty good. They were prompt and efficient. They got my computer up and running in no time. Our kids were doing this and that on the computer and the next thing I knew, it wasn't running efficiently anymore. The guy from At Home Computers really knew his stuff and was very helpful. I also like that it didn't cost a fortune to get it fixed.
