They finally came out almost 45 days after they originally agreed to be out there to do the step flashing and counter flashing. After doing the counter flashing we come to find out just how terribly or shoddy this group was, first off our roof was perfect without any leaks. After the counter flashing was complete first rain came we had leaks (ceiling spots in our master bathroom), this started a long 3 months back and forth saga on trying to get them to come fix it right. After sending out "high school" aged kids countless times to look at it they come to the conclusion both times that "oh it's just some seeping spots through the bricks". Really? So not having any leaking spots in the bricks on the wall of the house magically started leaking after you installed counter flashing? They tried to silicone up a bunch of brick spots and roof spots but no help. My builder Gary Miller stepped in to come look to see what he thought and it looks like when they did the counter flashing they pulled up toe board nails and didn't replace them as they where putting all this in. He filled in those spots with silicone seeing if that would help until we could get them out there again to fix that. Again this time period of three months has been tornado storm crazy session meaning massive amounts of leaking in the attic (starting to get mildew/mold smells in the bathroom), ceiling looking progressively worse day by day as it rains and rains. After more back and forth between me and the roofers, the builder and the roofers; we where still at square one. The roof was leaking bad and damage was being done to drywall on the ceiling and coming down the walls near the bathroom (water tends to go everywhere running down things). It's gotten to the point now that this company won't even return calls or call or come out. I was promised a definitive date to come pull the roof and fix this properly but they never showed, that same day they even promised the builder Gary a different day then me. He didn't seem to know which day he wanted to come out. Needless to say he never showed either day and avoided and never returned either of our calls or messages. We've since decided to work with another roofer that came highly recommended to me by the name of "Chambers Roofing and Siding" of our Selmer/Henderson Tennessee. Avoid this company and it's owner Charles Mooney like the plague. Completely unprofessional and the staff or "crew" as he called them consist of 18 year old high schoolers that are doing it for part time money.
