They were extremely friendly from answering the phone to the actual service. I called and they were ready to come the next day but I scheduled them for a day that I had off. They called that morning to confirm the appointment and even called 5 minutes before the scheduled time to say they were running 5 minutes late! They were extremely professional in all regards.
They spent a good 35-50 minutes looking at my unit, testing everything, and even fixing the thermostat! They discovered two minor problems with the unit and fixed it up quick. They recommended a service schedule (not a plan!) and told me to call them right before it started to get really hot out so that they could do a good once-over on the A/C unit. I truly believe they will not overcharge me for services and parts I do not need.
