We needed a number of locks re-keyed and picked the Smartts from a previous review. They came on a Sunday for our convenience, arrived on time and were incredibly nice and very professional. Mr. Smartt didn't mind my hovering and asking questions, and was able to easily address some problems we had in our setup. Best of all, they were very reasonably priced, having spent over 2 hours on a Sunday. I would highly recommend them if you are in their area.

The key I had hidden outside came up missing so, just to be safe, I decided to have my locks re-keyed. I checked with friends who had no experience or suggestions on who to use so I resorted to the yellow pages and checked the listings against the BBB. The Lock Shop was my choice. When I called and explained the situation, Mr. Smartt said they would come the same day. The appeared right on time and completed the job in under an hour. Not only would I recommend them, I plan to use them again for two other jobs.
