"Hi [Member Name Removed], I’m sorry you were dissatisfied with the services. I just want to make things clear, every side has 2 stories. With that being said, you are correct we don’t normally vacuum stairs unless asked to do so. We cleaned twice before this time and nothing was ever said about cleaning stairs. I can provide text messages where you were pleased with the cleaning. Secondly, we always mop all floors. Your home needs quite a bit of cleaning in order to get it to the cleanliness that it needs to be. There was also someone home when we mopped floors and dogs present. Thanks!"
