It went very well. They had been preparing for months to hook up my area and when they finally came out, the brought two trucks and two service techs. They were very quick, even letting me help as they made all the new connections, and answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable and while they couldn't answer some questions immediately, they knew who to call to get the answers I needed.
