+ -1 moreOverall the service and responsiveness of this firm was very poor. When you try call them about this report, I would love to know if you are able to get a response.
Description of Work: This company is an internet plant material supplier. I ordered some grape vines requesting shipment on 5/7/08. I was notified that vines were shipped on 5/7/08. I sent several notes to this company when I did not receive vines. The plants finally arrived on 5/20/08. This is way too long for a successful transplant. I sent emails and called the phone number given on the website tell them of this delay and work out a refund. There was no answer at the phone number and not even an answering machine. I never received a response to my emails either.
