Toyota of Cleveland

It was reasonable.  If they have a Toyota they should go there.

They were amazing, they provided me brand new car off the lot to drive when they had my car to service. When I took my children on vacation they pulled a brand new van so we would be more comfortable.

We have bought 5 or 6 cars from them. The sales person is Greg Bain and he is a great person. He really cares about people. I've gone in and we've told them what we were looking for. This guy was really good. He isn't high pressure and they don't try to sell you something they didn't want. We went in knowing what the needs were and he could help direct us to something that would meet those needs.

We buy the extended service warranty. I wouldn't use anyone else but them. The wait time isn't very long at all. You can schedule an appointment online. It depends what you need to have done and what all they have to do. But you never have to wait long. They are very dependable. They know what they are doing.

We have a service agreement with them where it all covered. They are great. We bought I think total of five cars from them. The price was reasonable.

"Wow, I purchased a Toyota Tacoma 4WD less than 1-year ago, it is still under the original warranty. The nuts and bolts holding the factory installed bed-liner had rusted. I asked that they replace them. The service adviser even joked about how he had seen rusty parts on a Ford Ranger, but never on a new Toyota. Two hours later, the service department calls me back, saying the service had been finished. I asked about the rusty nuts & bolts and was informed that this has been happening on many of their Toyota vehicles, he went on to tell me the dealer will not replace them, but would gladly give me a quote to get it done. REALLY? A new vehicle has rusty parts and they want me to pay? Didn't I just give them $40k for a brand new truck? When I asked for the service manager/ I was told he was unavailable. When I asked for the GM, I was told, and I quote, "He makes his own schedule and I have no idea when he will be in." So I asked for the 800 number to customer service and he gave me a number 1-digit off the actual number.
Has Toyota really turned it's back on the American consumer? Is there no service after the sale? I will not be spending any more money at Toyota of Cleveland, TN.

Update - After I wrote the review on Angie's List, They contacted me and said, "we will replace them as a good faith gesture for you, but they will probably rust again and you will have to pay for the next time." - A company as huge as Toyota and they can't find an aluminum nut and bolt to stop their vehicles from rusting?

I found that even though they knew my car was going to die, they did a couple of very expensive services. I wasted a couple thousands of dollars for a car that wouldn't last. One week later, the car died for good. I had asked them to give me their best advice before agreeing to have to the work done. Either they didn't know anything or they were just crooks. When they are not ripping you off, their quality of service and prices are both good. I have had a horrible experience with them and I would never go back to them again.

They do a good job overall. Their service department is very good.

My last visit there went just fine. I go to them because I drive a Toyota.

I took our 2006 Prius into the Toyota of Cleveland service department after our local mechanic told us he could not do the repair. Our Prius had hit over 300,000 miles and finally was in need of its first and quot;majorand quot; repair that was going to cost almost as much as the car was worth. I was new to the area and called my former Toyota dealer in Florida for a second opinion, they agreed, and they also gave great recommendation for the Cleveland dealer. All agreed that it would not be wise to do the repair at such a high cost for a car of its age. Therefore, I was hooked up with salesman Carlos and financial manager Jeff. Both were totally awesome! My husband and I had financial difficulties in the past and were certain we would be forced to buy a used car at one of the local and quot;buy here, pay hereand quot; dealerships. However, we found a new Toyota Scion on the Toyota of Cleveland lot for less than $20,000, and Jeff and Carlos gave me the keys and told me to drive it on my errands for the day while they worked on our behalf to get us financing. When we returned the car, I was amazed at the deal Jeff had worked out with a bank. Payments were affordable, we now had a great new car that would boast good gas mileage and cute on top of that, and free maintenance for two full years! Who can beat that? At a time when my husband and I thought we would have to and quot;settleand quot;, we were treated like VIPs by Toyota of Cleveland and are so happy with our new Scion that we don't even miss our Prius. Also, needed to take the Scion back in for a slight adjustment, and the service department was all over it in no time. Being new to the area, we feel really blessed to have connected with such a great dealership!

As always, professional staff, performed the job efficiently and high quality. I feel their prices are a fair bit higher than similar service elsewhere.

Everything was excellent about them.

They had it done very quickly. They are prompt and their prices are reasonable. They have also been accommodating in the past for emergency repairs.

I spent about $800 on the job. I had a mediocre interaction with them. They were punctual and they gave me a quick service. However, they could not fix the problem. I had to contact them several times and it is still not fixed. They were easy to get an appointment with. They tried to do the work quickly. I will not use their services again in the future if I had an alternative.

They did a really good job. They did what they said they would do and they did it in a timely fashion.

I feel like they have done what they were supposed to as far as I can tell. I think that they try to uphold their reputation of service.
