I was given a cell phone number by my builder.  When I didn't get an answer, I called the main business number and reached the energy force of the business, Mrs. Decotta Brooks.  She is the office manager and has updated their website and does all the scheduling.  She had a repairman at my house the next day to assess the problem.  After she made the appointment she verified it by email.  Ray showed up right on time, checked the system, and told me what needed to be done.  He was polite, friendly and efficient.  He didn't grumble about having to use his own ladder to access my attic space.  He was nice to my curious dachshund who followed him around. The needed part was ordered and Decotta called me when it arrived to schedule installation.  Again, Ray arrived promptly.  (I should note that he always calls to say he's on his way.  One time I asked him to wait 20 minutes so I could finish getting myself together, and he graciously did so.)  He finished the work, found a cracked drain pan, and showed me that it would need replacement.  Then he hooked up my system to an auxiliary drain pan so it would work in the meantime.  On the third visit Ray installed the new drain pan.  As before, I got a warning call when he was on his way.  Again, he was courteous and acted like he was happy to be here.  He gave me his cell phone number on the first visit so I could call him directly if anything was wrong, and he reminded me to use it if necessary. I will continue to use this fine family business.
