NICELY'S MAID SERVICE

I was not satisfied. Mainly, the floors were not clean. They were obviously mopped, wet, sticky-which they shouldn't have been, if they had been rinsed properly and lemon-smelling, but the cleaning agent they used was ineffective. In addition, when I made the appointment I specified that I wanted the upstairs floor waxed and rust cleaned from the upstairs toilet, neither of which was done. They managed to collapse both of my flimsy Walmart clothes racks, which is easy enough to do, but I wish they'd put them back together, since there were two of them and one of me. Meanwhile, they wasted time on stuff that wasn't cleaning, like straightening up my desks that were piled with paper, destroying my system of prioritizing in the process. Some of these problems I could have prevented by assuming less and being very explicit about my expectations. But I shouldn't have to tell a professional how to clean a floor. They were friendly and pleasant though. I wish I'd liked their work.
