Animal Boarding Kennels
We found out later that they had not given her any shots. We told them we would take her to the vet and they agreed that if there were any problems with the puppy's health they would honor the health guarantee. This stated that they would cover the cost. They said because we didn't take the puppy to their vet they would not honor the agreement. This was not a reasonable request because we were from out of town. They claimed that our vet charged too much and yet they will not pay for any of the cost. They will not answer our calls and are leaving us with the bill. We even mailed a registered letter to them and they returned it unopened and refused to accept it.
