The floor is worse after he replaced the planks. He left the floor with new planks that he inserted that were gouged and edges broken off leaving cracks and an uneven surface that can’t be repaired with wood putty. The new damage is larger, more surface area and in areas where the floors were perfectly fine we are now in worse shape than when we contracted him to fix our scratches. We will have to replace the entire room to fix this now.
