Robert Pace is the owner of the company. The cost was less than $500 for material and labor, and we liked his price. Another provider quoted me in excess of $2,000 for labor only. Robert had quoted over $500 initially. I did get other quotes and my husband called and asked Robert to come down because we had received lower quotes. He agreed, and we went with him. The work turned out beautiful. He was thorough and accountable, he showed up and did the work, and he provided receipts. We are going to use him again on Friday, where he is going to address shingles and wood on a rental of ours.
