WILLIAMS DOOR COMPANY

We ordered a new opener and, on 12/20/16, the svc rep came out on time and removed the garage door opener and hauled it away. He installed the new opener and reset the door controls. We paid $425.75 which included a discount for the svc call oirginally made on 12/16/16. However, he had to return the next day (12/21/16) to install the external door opener control because he forget to bring it with him the day before. On 1/20/17, I noticed that the garage door was not closing properly and had a rep come out (4th trip) on 1/23/17. He shortened the opener arm and readjusted the door travel limits.

From choosing a new door at Williams Door's office to the two installers that came to my home, everything was great! The installers were on the job when promised and completed the installation in a professional manner. Clean up of the old garage door was completely and quickly done. The locking mechanism will need to be adjusted, but I am expecting no problems with that. I highly recommend this company.

The experience was good. The man seemed very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. The price was reasonable. I was impressed with his expertise and professionalism. I did not use them for the service but they did a good job.

I had several estimates for this service and Williams Door Co gave the most competitive one so I choose them.  Not only was their price the best their responsiveness was superior. Let me know exactly when they were coming and called me 30 min before their arrival to confirm. The instillation technician was efficient,  polite and focused. Had a small problem with the door the next day and they were back out immediately to correct the issue. I will definitely recommend this company.  Also want to mention the contact personnel who take the calls. They were ALL really helpful, courteous, and on task! So rare these days!  God Job Williams Door!

They actually installed the garage door for the previous owner of our house. I called them again because it was not working properly since it got off track. Adrian, the technician, repaired it in ten minutes. He was outstanding. He was very honest because he went the extra mile to inform me that the door was still under warranty, and it still applies as long as we still have the paper works from the previous owner. I was very impressed by that because he did not have to tell me that. It shows that they are an honest company. He also told me how to maintain the door. He made a huge difference because not only did it go off tack, but it was also noisy. He came out and did what he had to do, and he also put oil on it. The thing is quieter now. He was very personable, and he came early. I highly recommend them.

Our overall experience was professional.  I used Angie's list to find a garage door company, and decided not to use the first company listed because of the comments about the repairman trying to talk you into something else and also the "B" grade they received on price.  I wanted the repair done in a timely manner and my door working again, both of which were accomplished.  The serviceman was very friendly and explained everything as he worked.  I would use them again, and recommend them to others.

Contacted Williams Door company.  Spoke with Tina several times to coordinate the tech coming out.. Once he came out to measure the door, etc.,  he gave me brochures of to the styles, colors, etc.  I picked out an insulated, cream colored door, with a new opener.  The door was ordered after placing a deposit of 1/2 of the cost of the entire door/system. When the door came in, I was called to schedule a time for it to be delivered.  The tech was ontime, courteous and professional.  He took down and hauled off the old door and equipment and put in the new one.  The new door is very quiet and has enhanced the look of my house.

They were able to work around my schedule and completed the job promptly. I'm very pleased and will use them again.
