Great. Right on time, great work and very reasonable.

The Waterworks proposal was the best design. For example, they were the only irrigation contractor who put the controller inside the garage, clearly the best place for it. Their proposal was also the lowest bid, even when their design had more heads that a number of the others. They also had a thorough understanding of water company requirements (TASS). The team did quality work, and Anthony came by after a week to ensure the system was working properly. In short, Waterworks was the perfect choice.

Not too good. When we called we were given an appointment 1 month away. We had been customers for about 10 years. The receptionist was consistently rude and unprofessional to my wife and me. When I spoke to the owner, he told me that it did not matter if I left because he had so many other customers waiting to get service. I pleaded with him because I needed the water on so that I could pressure wash my deck. Also, we were told that our backflow valve failed testing and would require replacing. The service technician who had been out did not mention that to me at all. When we asked about this, we were dismissed and told that it had failed. I didn't believe it since I had a long conversation with the technician after he had completed the work. I know him well enough to know that if it had failed, he would have told me. We were able to get another company to come out. They fixed our problem and rechecked the backflow valve. It passed inspection. I was quite disappointed in Waterworks. I did not expect to be treated in the manner in which I was.

Really well. Tech was very knowledgeable and polite. Right on time. charges were very reasonable.

Originally I bought the anglie's list deal to hook-up my irrigation system. Scheduling that was a little rocky because apparently the deal was very popular. Once they came out they hooked up the irrigation system, I noticed it was leaking a day or so later. They came out quickly to replace a gasket and tighten things down better. That didn't fix it so they replaced the backflow preventer. Since the initial scheduling, they've been very responsive. The technician who came out to do the work was very friendly and professional.
I've since signed up to have them winterize and hook-up next spring.

They gave me an estimate but since my system was so old and installed by
a non-professional, the charge was more due to the time involved.  I
would use them again due to their responsiveness.

Professional and skilled.

I was very pleased with their service, especially because they charged 25% less than I was used to paying for yearly winterization. The man who did the work spent a lot of time learning about my system since this was the first time I used this company. I plan to use Waterworks in the future.

He spent time reviewing the entire system and was very helpful in explaining to me how to program the settings.

I've never had an issue getting maintenance scheduled or any other problems.  Pat has always been very helpful answering questions and giving advice to keeping the system working.  All the winterizations and the summer startups have been great.

They installed the turn off outside controls in the summer and returned to winterize the system in October.  They did the work when they said they would and did it efficiently and within the quote.  They will be back in the spring to get the system running again.

I was running late they started working and were done by the time I got home. They wasted no time and knew exactly what needed to be done.
