Great service and great people.

The Vet and staff here were awesome in working with me, and having the surgery quickly for the cat. We have taken both cats and our dog here and find the entire staff to be very friendly, easy to work with, and honest.

I have used this practice for 16 years. It is the best. Dr. Lehman and his son are experienced, compassionate and trustworthy. I will never use another vet!

Dr. Lehman made arrangements to perform surgery as soon as possible. Due to emergencies my lab had to stay overnight. Of course there was no additional charge for the overnight stay and nursing care. Cultures were sent to evaluate the infection and determine the proper antibiotic. Dr. Lehman called us and kept us informed.

My dog was fine, but I think they're too expensive. They have some good vets there and some that are not so good.

We've used them for the last 13 years and I would highly recommend them. They are honest, professional. You might go in there once a year but they know your name, they know your animal and they are just amazing. Also, the owners do a lot in the community with the canine support and stuff.

It was the first time I had been there. They were friendly and did a great job. I would use them again.

This was the second visit for the kittens. The hospital had provided a reminder card to call for an appointment. I called on a Thursday morning and was told any time that day was fine to come down. There was a 2 minute wait time. A vet assistant called for the patients by name and he asked questions about their well being. He was very friendly and gentle with them. I asked to observe the nail trimming and he explained the process as he went along. After about 5 min. the owner of the hospital, Dr. Lehman, came in to the room. He asked about the cats and answered several questions. He also administered the boosters and de-worming serum. The entire staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and easygoing but efficient and clean.

Our 12 year old cat (Ivory) had stopped eating and was having trouble walking. I took her to the emergency clinic (not Village) as it was late at night and I was concerned that she may not live through the night. The emergency vet took x-rays and advised me that my cat needed hip surgery due to an old injury. The injury occurred many years ago and I suspected that it was something else. The next morning, I took her to Village to see Dr. Lehman. He looked at the x-rays from the emergency clinic and disagreed with the diagnosis. Blood tests were performed and my cat had an infection in her intestines. I had to leave her at the clinic for almost 2 weeks while they gave her antibiotics and kept her confined so she could heal. I went to visit her every afternoon after work and Dr. Lehman and his staff allowed me to go back to her cage and feed her and spend time with her. Dr. Lehman came in on a Sunday morning (when the office was closed), and allowed me to stay with my cat for two hours. He said he had paperwork to do, but I think part of the reason was that he knew how much my cat means to me and he knew that she would heal faster if I spent time with her while she was confined and healing. I think she would have died if she thought that I had abandoned her. She is still old and she still limps sometimes, but I am certain that Dr. Lehman saved her life and I will forever be grateful to him. That was the second time that he had saved her life. About 6 years ago, she stopped walking and eating. Dr. Lehman checked her blood and her red blood cell count was extremely low. He told me that a blood transfusion might help, but he really didn't think she would make it. He said that she may have eaten something poisonous. I took her home after the transfusion and waited for her to die. The next morning, I was shocked to see her walking around and meowing for food! I won't take my animals to any other animal hospital unless it is an absolute emergency.

We are very pleased with this vet service, we were taken right in when we go there and they are kind people. We have used the Village Veterinary Hospital for quite awhile and have always had good experiences. I do recommend them.

They are somewhat inconsistent, sometimes they do a good job and sometime they don t. There will be some time when I go there and have to wait almost a half hour to get my dog back. The owner and the veterinarian are very nice but the office staff seems a little too relaxed. One time I brought my dog there because she was throwing up and when I went to pick her up they didn t tell me what was wrong with her they just claimed she s okay now. I didn t like that very much either. I am very concerned about my dog and I like to exactly what goes on with her.
