These ladies were very professional and personable. We had to reschedule our appointment and they were beyond accommodating and understanding. We were very thankful for their kindness and flexibility. During the home visit they came into the house and offered to take off their shoes to keep the floors clean! No one else we've had in house has ever been that polite or considerate. They walked around, took measurements, pictures and noted the good and bad about the home. They answered all of my questions and were very knowledgable about their trade. It was clear that they truly enjoy what they do!!! Next time I need a home appraised I will be calling TMT Appraisal Services!

I guess it is their customer service that made me go with this company. They were very responsive to meet my needs. They are very knowledgeable and they went out of their way to make sure that I had the information that I needed. I will use this company in the future.
