David, the owner, Jeremy and Bubba were ALWAYS punctual, professional and did a top notch job.  We could not have asked for any better results.  I can not say enough about these guys.  Katie, kept I touch with us between the time of the estimate and when the crew began construction.  David's estimate was right on the mark.  He is fair, honest and works with the customer.   Even with the changes we asked for after they began, David was still able to find a way to keep everything in budget.   Everyone in this company is friendly and a pleasure to work with.

I cost approx. 30k for this remodel.  after I received my completion certificate fro the city of Knoxville, it note this 30k improvement increased the value of my home by $57,000.  Pretty good investment.  Will definitely use again

I lived in a house built in the 1950's that had a small shower with a concrete bottom. This cracked around the edges and was leaking. David sealed the cracks, installed a new liner, and laid a new lovely tile bottom. The shower looked fantastic and no more leaks! Prompt, courteous, great work at a great price! I moved out of state but highly recommend Titan Builders to everyone in the Knoxville area.

Dave was super getting the logistics together and take care of my needs. The deck work was a 100% improvement.

Titan Building were courteous, very good people, the communication with us was good, they were prompt and they were here when they said they were going to be here, friendly, cooperative, easy to work with and they did good quality work.

David Saunders is the owner. I spent $20,000 for the basement remodel. They were very meticulous. They were very detail-oriented. I had a lot of problems that were very unique. They had to very creative in solving those problems. My basement was getting flooded. I wanted regular tiles for the flooring. They ended up ordering tile that looked like wood. They ordered it from California; they ordered the samples first. Even though they had not laid that kind of tile before, they did not hesitate to do the work. You cannot tell if the flooring is tile; it looks like wood. They had to get down on their hands and knees. They had to tap it with their fingers. I got what I paid for; they were more expensive than the others, but the quality was great. I would use them again for my kitchen.
