Well, what started as a $145,441.91 house is now $204,458.86 I paid Scotty $65,625.10 (for work performed in less than a "workman's like manner") plus $28,833.76 for materials and supplies (some of which were not used on my property) for a total of $94,458.86 and estimates are coming in at $110,000 to finish the house. He also destroyed my neighbors property and had a port-a-potty in their front yard.

All the work was first rate. Scotty's bid was significantly lower than than all others. He and his team were punctual and a pleasure to deal with. His advice on how to achieve our overall objectives was terrific. As the inevitable issues arose he addressed these effectively and without additional charges. We've dealt with many contractors over the years and Scotty is by far the most knowledgeable and professional.
