I've had them for over 20 years. They come every week.

I have used Renshaw Lawn Service exclusively for the last few years. Upon moving to Maryville in late 2008, I tried several services. Dependability, quality, and responsiveness were consistent problems. After talking with Mr. Renshaw a few years ago, I felt confident my search was over, and he continues, every year, to prove me right. For my yard, they do an initial pickup of sticks, small limbs, and yard debris at the beginning of the season, then visit weekly for mowing, trimming and blowing-off of my driveway. Toward the end of the season, they also do additional leaf blowing and (when needed) additional yard debris and stick removal. I was initially concerned with the weekly visits ( i.e. does my yard NEED mowing every week? ) but I've found them to be honest with their visits. That is, they don't come during long sustained periods of very hot and dry weather or if it rains every day. They also bill me monthly (via email), with the dates of each visit shown on the invoice. I very much appreciate their service and recommend them highly. The price shown below reflects what I pay for each mowing visit, but please understand factors such as yard size, location, conditions/restrictions you place on them, and other factors may influence your price. I have lived in 4 different states over the last 23 years, and have dealt with many lawn services during that time. I would rate Renshaw Lawn Service above all of them!

He mows the lawn every week.  Basically I just have service done once a week.  It's $180 per month and once a week weekly.  He will do mulching if we want him to do that but I'm not sure about landscaping.  He has done mulching and top soil for me in the past as well as put a few corners.  I think his prices are very fair.  He knows his schedule so he just comes on his regular day each week.  He comes and takes care of everything so I don’t have to chase him or anything.

Eddie has mowed my lawn a number of times. He complained of the height of the grass.  In August I tried to contact him again to mow, but he never would respond. I called an alternate number of his and used a different phone to call him. To my surprise, he answered it right away. This made me wonder if he had just decided not to answer any of my calls and was only responding to it because he did not recognize the number. 
He agreed to mow the lawn, but charged me quite a bit more than his normal price, which I was willing to pay.  We agreed that he would mow again during the first week of September, when it would not be very high. However, he never showed. I contacted him to see if he had forgotten. I tried calling him and texting him a number of times, but got no response.
I suspect that he just doesn't want to mow my lawn again, which would have been fine if he had simply told me so. Instead, I had to call around again to find someone else. If you are on a regular contract with Eddie, he will probably work fine. However, if you are not on a regular schedule with him, you are rolling the dice concerning whether he will follow through.

Mr. Renshaw is a good Christian man that I  have dealt with for several years. His work is always top notch and his prices are very reasonable. He strives for perfection and if you are not satisfied he will do his best to fix what you need. He is  someone who has been in the mowing business for as long as I have known him (about 15 years).

Renshaw Lawn Service has cooperated with my erratic schedule w/efficiency.  From the first contact when I was preparing for my daughter's outside wedding and scheduling was supremely important to my needs and  since then, they have worked with me as needed in a professional, efficient manner.  I'm glad to have found this service and I intend to continue using them going forward.

The technicians showed up and were done so quickly I was amazed. When I went out to check it out it looked fantastic. They definitely have it down to a science.

Eddie and a crew came weekly or biweekly, as needed, to mow the lawn (about 1/3 acre) through the summer and fall, and it always looked neat and clean when they finished. Eddie responded quickly to my calls about additional services, like planting grass seed, and took the time to thoroughly discuss the work to be done and to answer my questions. Renshaw Lawn Service charged a little more than other estimates I received for the mowing, but the quality of the work and their responsiveness made paying a little extra worthwhile for me.

He came promptly, worked efficiently. His work was great. I do think his price a little steep and does not offer senior discounts. I used him because I knew he needed to be on my roof and I wanted someone who was insured. Last year I used the guy who does my neighbor's yard. He charged 2/3 less but he is getting a little old is not insured and I was afraid for him to me on my roof.

Excellent!! Eddie is a hard worker with a good crew. He was doing lawn service long before most people got into it. He has done work for me at several houses and it was always done right.

We never have to call Renshaw Lawn Service which is very nice. They just do what needs done when it needs done without any instruction or questions. Our lawn, bushes, and walk always look very nice and we never have an accumulation of leaves in our yard.
