I had a sprinkler system installed in March. The coverage was spotty. I had areas that were not getting coverage and still have heads that are not adjusted properly. The company did not want to install 7 zones. It is listed that seven zones would be installed in my contract. After the fourth time coming to the house, they set the zone where water is actually sprayed into my dog houses. My dogs have had to sleep in my garage. Yesterday I was mowing for the first time since they adjusted the heads and as I cut around the edge of the monkey grass, I hit a huge rock that was not there before. They do not care. They are terrible. I am hiring someone else to adjust the heads and finish the work. I am tired of dealing with them. After all of this, they wanted to give me another 5 hour service window to wait for the privilege of their crappy service. Forget this company and move on

I used this company 5 years ago to do the first phase of my drainage work. Everything went exactly as they promised. The price was high but the work was very high quality. When they left my property every detail was right. Totally worth the price. I asked them to return to do the second phase (originally recommended by Rainscape.) This time it was like a totallly different company. It took weeks to complete the work. They broke the bricks on my front porch and broke the concrete front walk with heavy equipment. They left deep tire tracks and scattered gravel in my front yard. They dumped dirt in the drainage ditch accross the street. After repeted calls they repaired my walk and bricks. Months later I have hand cleared most of the gravel from my yard. If you hire them plan to be home and watch everything they do. Otherwise you will be working for months to clean up after them.

irrigation Startup and Repair

Couldn't have been better. The whole job, including tracking down a new pump, was completed in two working days. Technician, Shae, was tremendously courteous and professional, and talented enough to quickly diagnose our problem. Everything went smoothly and quickly which was appreciated since we were in the midst of watering a lot of new landscape plantings.

The technician arrived on time and was very thorough in his inspection of the backflow valve and each of the irrigation zones. He adjusted the spray heads for a more efficient coverage pattern and programmed the controller for the spring schedule. He had all of the parts that he needed to do any minor repairs on the backflow valve and completed all of the work within an hour. He was very cordial, polite, and professional. There was an additional charge for the repair items needed but it was very reasonable (about $85). I am very satisfied with the work and have signed up for an annual program with Rainscapes.

The technicians are terrific. The office leaves much to be desired. I purchased their Silver Plan. I scheduled a visit as I had scheduled a major landscape installation in mid-May. They knew it. Aaron came out April 6 and before he could go futher an expert needed to fix pressure. The office tried to schedule late May. I said no and Dave came out on April 13. He gave an estimate to install a boost pump. He indicated the office would email the estimate for approval. I again stated needed the work done before May 13th. Never received the estimate. Today, April 18, called to receive the estimate for approval. Approved right away. Received an email from the commercial manager, stated the the work is scheduled May 16 - too late. In the middle of landscaping with a back hoe. Called the office and was arrogantly told, tough. That's the earliest they can do the work. Basically told me they didn't need my business.

Did not find leak (or even really look) for main line instead, turned on system and adjusted several heads and replaced one sprinkler. Invoice originally charged for 1.68 hours of labor and new head for a total of $175. Will not do business with them again.

Technician replaced with a new valve that is much better design. Very honest about various brands and what it would take to repair my old one. Was fed up with Volunteer Lawn that I would rate D or F in all categories. Rainscapes is significantly better. We also had technician diagnose and underground leak we uncovered. They will repair on future visit. The tech met his appointment window and called me when he was 20 minutes from arrival. Great experience with this first interaction.

Went great. Very happy with their work. They weren't the cheapest, but the quality and professionalism was worth the extra money. Excellent follow up and service as well.

Went out of there way to service the system the day we called. Very professional. Very fair price.

They were on time and they were fair with their price.

Rainscapes provides quality work and they were very professional, but we have asked them to call us for more work on several occasions and they never call back. I called another company and had seven heads replaced on my system. I could not get Rainscapes to call back to do the work.

Bill was 40% higher than estiamte without explaining the extra services. We told them about the stereo speakers outside and they cut the wire. They said they were not responsible. The bill is currently being contested. They tld me it would take another 10 days to get back with me.

Rainscapes installed a new secondary meter at my home. They installed it BACKWARDS. I know this because a KUB representative was here this morning and inspected the secondary meter. There is a leak in the irrigation system somewhere. Rainscapes also did my start-up in April and did not catch this. The KUB representative was listening to my phone conversation to Rainscapes to report the problem. Per my conversation with the Rainscapes Service Manager, Rainscapes will be here this afternoon to re-install the meter. Next thing will be to investigate the leak.
I won't be using Rainscapes in the future. I do not trust them to do the job.

They were great. I called the day before a predicted winter freeze when I realized that our usual maintenance person had not winterized the system. ( He retired and didn't notify his clients.) Rainscapes was very helpful and came out before the freeze to winterize the system. They came back a few days later to install the new controller. They did an excellent job, were professional, courteous and neat.

They called ahead to tell me exactly when they would be there so I was not having to wait for them and that is always helpful.

We weren't very happy with their service. The quality of their work was good.

I have always been happy with them. They always come on time. They will call a half hour before they come, so I can be here when they come. They are very professional. They have been working here for two years. If I have a broken sprinkler, they will come out the next day to fix it. The overall experience is excellent. I think they are a little pricey, but the quality is good. They are punctual, responsive, and professional.
