My experiences have been excellent. They come out monthly, but I pay one fee for the year and I get a special rate. I can choose to pay monthly, but it would cost me more so I just pay once a year. I'm a long term customer. They are always on time and I don't have to call them. If I do have bug issues, they show up. They are responsive, but I've never had any questions and concerns.

They do indoor and they also treat the outdoors. They come out a couple of times a year. They are great. Overall, I rate them highly.

They arrived on time as promised. They placed plastic on the floors and stairs leading to the attic. They installed paper rulers on the attic trusses so you could tell how deep the insulation was that was applied. Afterwards they were very neat on their clean up process. Very polite and hard workers.

They are here every month and we don't have any pests inside the house. They charge $30 every month.
