Mountaineer found and repaired the leak in the gas tank, at a fraction of the cost of what the dealer was going to charge. The dealer was going to charge me $90 just t look at it! I have an older Volvo, and in the past Mountaineer has replaced the timing belt. I had several competitive estimates, and Mountaineer was as low as the rest. They were recommended to me, and sometimes it's difficult to find mechanics to work on foreign cars. The only problem I have with Mountaineer is that they tend to be too busy. They are just a small business, and it can be difficult to get an appointment.

I had gotten other estimates over the phone and they had the best price. It went very well. They were busy.
