Ken came to look at my current system and provide a quote, he was on time and stayed over an hour answering my questions and providing an overall education on how the systems work. This was the best experience, I had 2 other companies come to provide quotes and one told me I had mud in my lines(which I don't) and the other one was significantly higher and just bad mouthed Ken's company. He was very honest and never pushy. They came the next week and put in the system, the technician noticed my cut off valve was not in the right place so he added a new one for me. He also came back the next week at no charge and connected the refrigerator to the reverse osmosis water system. I am very happy with the product and the service!

The installers called when they were on their way and arrived on time. They were very friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. They also did a free water analysis of our well water. They hauled off the old water heater. We were impressed and would use them again.
