Kevin is one of the most competent and responsive real estate agents one can find. He listens, cares, and strongly represents client interests. He is deeply networked with other professionals related to home buying and selling (contractors, etc.) and offers excellent cost effective advice. We knew Kevin personally before we acquired his services, and were aware of his character and outgoing personality. When he listed our house, we came to know him on a professional level, and were very pleased with every aspect of his service. It is a strong credit to a person like Kevin that he is called upon by his friends to deliver a professional service that is at times very stressful. He can be trusted to work h****** your behalf, always with a very willing and helpful disposition. I cannot say enough good about him. He has extensive background in everything related to sales generally, including auctioneering, and translates that knowledge very well into the real estate business. While we have moved away from the Knoxville area, if we were still there and interested in buying or selling real estate, he would be our man.
