Kerr has an excellent reputation in this area, and we knew they would do a good job. The crew was methodical, and very efficient. They kept our yard as garbage free as they could, and did a complete cleanup after the project was finished. The new roof does not leak, and it looks great. The job was very expensive, but we knew about that before hand.

I chose them because they did work on my friend's house and they were happy. They used good materials and my shingles have a 30 year warranty. They really did a complete job by replacing the rafters that were bad and taking care of a rotted chimney instead of just working around it. People said I got a really good price for what all I got. Our roof extends over the garage as well.
