+ -1 moreA perfect experience. Joshua returned our first phone call very promptly, went out to view the house and had estimates of different options for us within a couple of days. Once we decided to go forward with the work using him, it was complete within a week and everything went like clockwork. The work was on our vacation house, so we were not there in person any of the time he was working. When we returned, he had left the house so clean inside and out you wouldn't have known someone had been working there. It was a relief to have such an easy and convenient experience when we expected doing this job remotely to be a hassle.
