"WOW, the untruths! this was an interesting one of a kind scenario that I've never experienced in my many years of business. Short story is my client was offended by receiving invoice reminders (sent by me not square) after receiving my data and then calling me at almost midnight to rant. My business practices and previous reviews speak for themselves. By paying your invoice when received as agreed you won't encounter a reminder. My attorney has responded with full documentation of the spotty remarks made in this review and as phone records indicated, I have never called this client. After completing over 1000 inspections last year and projecting an increase this year, it is expected to encounter these situations. A full report was not delivered nor charged for with this client. Upon arrival at inspection there were several serious issues discovered. At this time I contacted her realtor and the realtor agreed and asked if I could abort the inspection and send a letter describing my findings. I then sent the letter to her realtor (without payment) so she could request the earnest money back. My invoice was then sent (200$....saving her 300$) when payment is not received, a reminder is sent to keep the invoice on top of the email inbox (this is a daily request from doctors, attorneys and many professionals) these clients often ask me numerous times to send reminders so they don't have to dig to the bottom to find it. In this case if you read this review carefully......the whole issue is over a REMINDER being sent!"
"Thank you for your patience! The deer wasn't so lucky! I finally secured my second van and we made it. You were great to work with and congratulations on your new home."
"After seeing this review I contacted the client to see what I could have done better and what I missed. During our conversation he mentioned that my report didn't inform him of the life expectancy of his HVAC components and that my report didn't mention the condition of his ceiling fans. I directed him to the section that mentions ceiling fans and their condition which was ok. The issue is that as much as I would like to, I cannot determine an exact date to the life expectancy of a unit. My report identified the age, serial and model number, condition at time of report, if it needs cleaning or service and a statement as to how it was performing. Based on my daily inspections I see ages ranging from new to 30 plus year old units. Some of the 30 year units are performing better than the new. The pest inspection which was done at a later date indicated a skunk had entered through a loose vent and then proceeded to tear down his insulation. This review brings attention to the fact I cannot (nor can anyone else) predict an exact life expectancy of any device. We can only predict based on visual evidence at the time of the inspection if a repair will need to be done in the near future, of which notes will be made in the report. I pride myself in doing a thorough inspection and stand behind my work at all costs. Thank you."
