At Homestead Building Inspections, Inc., we offer inspections of all types of homes, residential, seasonal, multi-family, or rental property. We take the time to look over the property to show you any current problems or possible problems that may occur in the future. We are able to inspect properties from single families up to four units or apartments. In addition we can also provide commercial inspection services. We provide: • An agreement before we start, outline what you can expect from our service. • A complete and accurate inspection, with our full attention. This is your opportunity to ask questions and learn about your home. • A full report within 24 hours of inspection completion. This report will provide details on 20 different areas of the property, and will provide details of each area. • Availability after the inspection to answer questions or explain the report. We have been trained and are certified by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. Our inspectors exceed the training requirements set forth in the state and national standards. In addition we bring in excess of 30 years of experience in construction and remodeling of residential and commercial structures as well as building damage evaluation. We have personally experienced poor home inspections that were performed by the "best inspectors" available. We have built our business on ensuring that you do not share the same experiences.
