We are a family owned and operated company.We offer a 15 year warranty on all of our work. We offer some of the most competitive rates in the area.Our family has been in this line of work for over 30 years. Payment is received upon completion of the work that we have been hired to complete. This does not include materials such as the purchase of hardwood flooring these items must be payed for by the homeowner once they are ordered. We accept cash or check.

It didn't look right from day one but then after a couple of months it started to split, crack, pop and wasn't stained properly.
We after a year had to move out only because we caughter the general contractor before the year was out to remove or and repair the horrible mess we had on our hands. Havner came back after moving out and redid the flooring and turned out Worst. He came back with our builder and admitted it was real bad and apolized but can't get anything out of him since. He left circles on our floors from the sanders, it's called chatter. He didn't scrap the cormers and a build up of stain is throughout the house.
The floor is cupping now. The loud noises of popping when walked on is something out of a sick movie or book.
I have called over and over but to no avail they will not call back and our builder G Michael O'Hara will not address it.
This is a bad company and hopefully BBB will take action against them. We have all the documenation and pictures that you would need to want.
Two dates he did our floors May of 2011 and September of 2012.
