"I'm sorry to see you had a poor experience. However, in regards to this particular job, you were quoted $95.00 to install an outlet and re-install a breaker. As a curtesy we waved our service fee to accommodate the work requested. Upon arrival you added additional work which extended the time to over two hours (hence the reasons for the upcharge). As for the number 865-503-4266 still works, we did not change numbers, please feel free to contact us and hopefully we can resolve this."
