As stated above, replaced roof and gutters.
Came out and quoted entire spec of damage. Informed them from the beginning I wanted a 1 stop contractor for all of my damage, Windows, Guttering, Siding, Garage door, Roof and misc.  They quoted for job, then we waited for the back and forth with the insurance company.  After months finally started the roof, but left nails in the yard.
Months later, after repeated calls, (Approx 3 months) the returned to do the guttering, (I assume) because my deckfurniture was left in the yard.   Wanted payment for entire job, which I refused.
Still more time later, after several heated calls, and lack of return calls by their office, I finally had them agree to return the portion of overpayment, and I went with another contractor to finish the work...  NEVER again, as I took wanted to help a Local Company.

I bought my first home a little over a year ago. The roof had been replaced by this company after the hail storm. After several months I noticed a water spots on my ceiling, so I called them back over. I have had them over to my home over a half a dozen times repairing my roof where it was not done properly the first time. They did not flash my chimney properly and my roof has leaked since I bought the home. I have thousands of dollars of damage done from extended water damage where the roof continued to leak. I just recently discovered a new leak that I was unaware of that has been going for quite some time and have discovered extensive rot. I have contacted them and I can never speak with anyone that is an owner or manager, they always send over workers to continue to repair the house. I am fed up with them trying to patch things and I will be going through litigation to get reimbursed for the cost it will take to fix my home, roof and the damage done. I wold not recommend these guys, just cause they have a lot of radio ads does not mean they do good work. It is also noteworthy, they have recently lost their endorsement from the Better Businessman's Bureau. Stay away, consumer beware.

Started off with saleman in positive fashion.
Work was completed on time and quality was good.
However, they did not follow up with our insurance agent as needed and we ended up with out of pocket expenses that should have been covered.
They also did not complete additional work that they originally said they would do.

Run as fast as you can from this company!  What a wretched experience. We were so impressed initially with the responsiveness of the salesperson and how quickly they were able to get us scheduled.  We did have to wait for installation of our roof, which was fine. Overall, we were pleased up to the point that our actual roof was installed.  That's when this company earned their "F".  When my final invoice was delivered in July, and I paid the initial check from my insurance company, I was assured that the company had contacted my insurance company and that extra funds had been approved and they gave me what allegedly was sent to the insurance company.  So we waited for the check which never arrived, so that we could finish paying for the roof.  After many, many calls and emails went unanswered over the next 6 months, I finally called my insurance company to discover they had never been contacted by First Impressions and hadn't authorized any further funds!  I feel as though we have been deceived at every turn by them.  Finally, Ii think we are near resolution.  First Impressions has a new "office manager" who finally returned a phone call.  I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.  Please do not believe their advertisements end endorsements on local radio!

The company provided me with an estimate in mid-July and stated it would be about 10 days for the job to be completed because the insurance company had to be contacted and the parts had to be ordered. No communication was received, and after numerous contacts I found out the insurance company was actually contacted in September after I made calls regarding my tarp being in shreds. The job was finally started, but during the evenings the workers left trash, styrofoam food containers, in the yard where wild animals got to them. They ran out of shingles, left the job, didn't call me, didn't put a tarp over exposed wood when rain was forecasted. They did come put on the tarp over the exposed area when I called them. The garage has 2 different shades, the boss said they think they noticed it and something will have to be done. Nothing would ever have been done if I didn't keep making phone calls and when it was done it was handled unprofessionally. I really wanted to help out a local company....what a nightmare.
