+ -1 moreDennison Realty does not use the MLS system. They do not show listings on the internet. They are WAY behind in their use of technology, therefore their ability to reach customers. The house I called about had been on the market for a year. I just happened to see it as I was driving around the neighborhood. It might have sold much quicker had house hunters been able to see the listing online or in the MLS system. Also, they were a little disingenuous in that they called a house 3 bedroom when the third bedroom was really not usable as a bedroom. I would not recommend using them if you want your house to sell in a reasonable timeframe.
Description of Work: I was interested in a house they had for sale. I called and talked with the realtor.
