This was the second job Case Home Improvement performed for me and they continue to impress at everything they do! Although a gutter replacements sounds simple, mine involved color matching, rerouting a gutter with a new downspout system and catching an air conditioner condensate line which used to empty (and stain) the roof. They carefully installed new gutter drains with rigid pvc pipe and took the time to tunnel under a sidewalk, preventing me from having the expense of replacing concrete and trying to match exposed the exposed aggregate finish. When another contractor replaced a large hvac package unit a few years ago, they used a dry mix of concrete and set the precast pad across a portion of a sidewalk. It looked awful and always bothered me. Case Home Improvement offered a brilliant solution to create a faux base out of composite decking to cover the mess. They were even able to reroute the condensate line in the base which stopped it from flowing onto the sidewalk. Do not hesitate to call Case Home Improvement for exterior improvements. They are wonderful people and do great work at fair prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
