My neighbor said that he had used them several years ago. So I just went with them since I had no idea who to call. We didn?t have a good experience. We hired the electrician, but he had two boys who came in and did the work. He was the certified electrician, but didn?t do any of the work. He charged me $35 an hour for all 3 of them to be here even though he wasn?t here most of the times. Those two boys were his apprentices. He told me $35 an hour, but he never told me it was $35 an hour for all 3 of them. They also had to come back because I had a light installed in the bathroom and they broke my commode and didn?t tell me. So I had them come out and fix the commode. They didn?t install the fixture properly. They also installed all the outlets upside down. They didn?t come back to turn it back the other way around. I would tell others not to use him because he is way too expensive for what you get.

Very prompt in scheduling initial appointment; then it went south! Several hours past the appointment time - Had to chase him down as he FORGOT! On a field trip with his daughter, said he would cut it short at 1:30 (call me) as I took work off that day. Never called to confirmed, however, just showed up at 2:30. Nevertheless, had a long to-do list for him, he completed 2 electrical outlets, thats all. Scheduled another appointment the following Wednesday for 0730...he knew that the electrical work had to be done first in our list of projects. Come Wednesday morning at 0720, called (at least) said he had 2 sick kids and had to reschedule well after the holidays?! I indicated another day from (AGAIN) to accommodate him, he then suggested after he got one daughter to school (thought he had 2 sick kids at home?), he could POSSIBLY stop by later that afternoon? No time, no schedule? Just stop by?!! Told him to call me back after the holidays to reschedule...but alas, as of 12.02.08 no calls! Apparently that $700k rewire job is more important then my small $2000-2500.00 job? Not a problem, I'll find another one. In this economy, one should pay close attention to word of mouth!

When we first moved in as part of the mortgage agreement, we had the entire house renovated and in the process all new electrical wiring put in. The track lights work perfectly and the men that came were very professional and courteous.
