CARL'S GARBAGE SERVICE

Bonnie Perez Mayo Used them for quite some time and been happy with their service until today. I use bill pay and their bill was being automatically paid every month and OVERPAID by $4 per month for the last 16 months totaling $64 overpayment. I was sending them the extra $4 per month because they were below the others and gave good service. That all changed today. I got a bill saying call the office yesterday so I did. They said they didn't get a payment for March so I called the bank and they had sent the payment on 3/19 but the check had not cleared, so thinking it had been lost in the mail I stopped payment and issued another check. I called them back and gave them the check number and said if it shows up don't deposit it another one is on the way. Well to make a long story short, today I discover they had the check and deposited it and when I called today they put me on the phone with the "manager" and she informs me that if the check gets returned I will have to pay the $35 bank fee and if I refuse she will take me to court. I wouldn't have stopped payment if they hadn't told me they didn't have the March check but they did get it on 4/5, thanks Maryville post office,. Apparently being overpaid $64 doesn't count. Obviously this "manager" isn't the brightest bulb in the box because she has just cost Carl a customer who overpays her bill every month!!

I have used their service for years and have had great service from them. I have forgotten to put the garbage out a couple of times and they called me then sent the truck back to pick it up. They always show up no matter the weather and they try hard to keep their prices low, in fact they have the lowest prices in town.

They go up on price every month or other month they make false accusations without actual evidence cause I have a whole ring system and the dog was not in my yard nor driveway I didn't see one in the immediate area there staff is rude and lazy then wants to justify y they didn't pick up nor give a credit filed a legit complaint with the better Business bureau and I hope they can explain to them the issue ...then they want to be cowardly about the whole thing which is perfectly fine they are crooks flat out so this is y I got a check in the mail cause I won't let them pushe around life is hard enough without a garbage disposal driver and his company complicate it thanks and as for the owner he is in the same boat they have went up 6 times in less then a year I don't ??? they done due diligence before they opened the business

They have been prompt, courteous and our regular man was very nice and apologetic after missing us. Great service at an even better rate!

Excellent prices and service....Highly Recommended!

This is an excellent service provider. The driver who comes to my house goes beyond what is expected for garbage pick-up. For example, we had some construction trash to be thrown away, and the driver offered to haul it away a little at a time for us at no cost. You sure can't beat that for service. I give this company an A+.
