Job was accomplished very quickly and we were very satisfied with the quality of the work. Work included 4 sets of French doors and 3 garage doors, including dead bolt locks.

As I found out, Burpee was bought out by A-1 Lock and Safe of Knoxville. The new owner, Guy Parham, who owns a total of three locksmith operations and has more than 40 years experience, came out on time and proceeded to rekey all seven house locks. There was one lock on a storm door that was especially hard since it was an unusual lock and hadn't been working correctly since we moved in. Mr. Parham spent quite a bit of time to get it right but didn't charge extra. If I had to replace the door because the lock was bad, it would have been hundreds of dollars. Nice man, great service and more than fair price. I highly recommend if you live in the Knoxville/Maryville area.

They came out to change the locks behind from another company, because I thought someone had my keys and because they were loose from when another company changed them. This company was so good they worked really fast and efficiently and I haven't had any problems with their service.
