They misrepresented one detail of the arm placement on their product. I would have preferred to transact shop drawings. That would have been sent to the factory for their guidance in manufacturing a custom product but this was refused when asked for. However, the product does function very well.They returned to help me with programing the wind sensor and limit switches without extra charge.
I believe they are good people.

Opener suddenly quit working. (It is less than two years old.) Called and scheduled appointment for the following week. Serviceman came during schedule time window. Decided the opener needed a new circuit board. Took over a week to get that even though it is a popular brand. On second visit same serviceman could not get the unit to work after installing new board. Tried new sensors. Said they might not be good ones, might have been bad ones left in his truck by another man. Said he would need to return with new sensors. On third visit, after a few more days, a different serviceman handled the work. Found a short...said it was pretty obvious...in a wire between the sensors and opener. Was there less than thirty minutes and left with unit working. Bill was left that included a new circuit board and sensors. After considerable discussion, owner said to ignore invoice but that parts were needed. I'm sending payment for one-half of original bill. This is not a well run company. I believe they mean well, but are not very competent. Did not get sense that rep on phone really understood the business.
