The prices he quoted were what he charged, there weren't extra hidden costs, which is a good thing. However, they didn't pay attention to what we wanted. They didn't take the time to explain thoroughly what we might run into with what we wanted done. They put in what they wanted, the bare minimum, and left. We had problems afterwards, we couldn't get a vanity in, and they had to know it wasn't going to work. During the building process we wanted certain showerheads but we couldn't get them. We ended up with something we didn't want because the walls were built a certain depth and it was at the end of the process when this became known. So we ended up with things we didn't want. They seemed to be in a hurry, got it done and got out. They didn't put a shower head where it needed to go, just centered it in the wood. They didn't pay attention to those things but they did come back and fix it. They did it to code, had good prices, and got in and got out. I probably would use them again if I were having 4 of the same homes built for speculation but not for a high end house.
