We offer weekly bi weekly or monthly cleaning ,move in_out, construction cleanup , cars boats campers and rvs inside and out. We do organizing rooms garage ect. we offer office cleaning packing and unpacking a little bit of everything no job is to big or to small. It's always the same people so you won't constantly have a different team member coming into your home. We are licensed insured and bonded and have tons or references. We have been in business for 5 years and love cleaning up your dirt!!

Ashley has been wonderful.. She shows up on time and always goes above and beyond for me. She is great with my little dog and she does a wonderful job on my apartment. I have her here weekly and it just seems to get better and better. Thanks Ashley!

Ashley was on time and completed the cleaning faster than I thought she would. She did a great job and will have here return 1 time per month.

Reasonable level of cleaning on first visit, when both Ashley and her Mom were present for three and a half hours - charging $70 for the work. On the next visit it was Ashley only, and she was asked to do two very minor items that were in addition to the work done on the first visit. Ashley was only here for one hour and 45 minutes when she said she was finished and asked to be paid the same amount of $70. After she left, we noticed several items that were missed or poorly done. The toilet brush was not even wet. When we called Ashley just prior to the next scheduled visit, we told her that we couldn’t pay $70 for less than two hours of cleaning that wasn’t done well, when our intention was for her to take the time to do the work properly - which was certainly not done on the second visit. The result was that Ashley said “we should part company”, instead. We would not recommend her services.

"Sorry you feel this [Member Information Removed] [Member Name Removed] the first time we came into your home we did a very good detail clean and the second time I showed up you said the same as last time and to try to scrub up some built up wax on your floor from the last cleaner which I did as you sat and watched me do. I used the wands on your toilet from the closet so no the toilet brush wasn't wet because I didn't use it. when you called me two days prior to your next cleaning and said that 70$ was two much for 2 people for 2 hours I told you that i don't work by the hour I work by square footage and then gas supplies and insurance and bonded for your safety and mine you said that was still much and you would want me there for 3 hours and to do a little extra if need be which is not how i choose to run my business so I told you instead of us butting heads it may be best to find another company and you agreed. I wish you the best!"

The 2 women showed up with no face masks, and seemed irritated when we handed them new masks and asked the women to wear them. I was told , upon confirming the price and appointment that they would be cleaning the entire house (mostly empty due to moving). They were there a total of 2 hours (to clean an entire house?). I left for a period of time, and did not anticipate they would leave before I returned. I would have been the one to check out the work and make certain everything we agreed upon was completed. In my absence, and not knowing our arrangement, my sister paid the women and they left When I returned a short time later the the home, I was surprised to see they were gone. The windows were hazy, there were cobwebs in two places, and it was generally just not clean. Supposed cleaning professionals should recognize clean, and actually no one should need to follow up to make sure the job is done right. As I write this, I have a lady cleaning the house again, doubling the cost. Not happy.

"Hello [Member Name Removed]I'm sorry you were not happy with the job I was told the house was going to be empty which it was not and not only was it not empty there was 4 people to work around who were coming in and out trying to get ready for a yard sale and you were in the garage when I left the home I had ask your sister if everything looked good and she said yes and paid me I also told her that once things were more settled and more stuff was outta the way to call me and I'll be more than happy to come back out no charge I'm so sorry it came to this. The mask were no problem but your sister told us we didn't have to wear them because she knew it was hard to breathe in them while trying to work. I guess I should have spoke with you but I figured since she contacted me and set up the appointment that's who I was dealing with you."

She has cleaned for me twice. The first time was a thorough cleaning but the cost was no more than she planned to charge me regularly. She just wanted to get it ready for her regular cleanings. Ashley is very flexible and easy to work with. I prefer her to clean when I'm at work so I dont feel like I'm in her way and I feel very comfortable with her in my home.
