Ihave had the opportunity to use many HVAC companies for residential and commercial applications. I highly recommend A&L for installs and maintenance. When recommending them. I always praise their trouble shooting abilities. I?ve had multiple problems with my residential system since it was installed. 3 companies tried to correct the problem- including replacing the condenser coil, thermostats, etc. . None resolved the efficiency and humidity problems. A&L corrected the problem at my home just as they did at an office building when had multiple mechanical failures plus air circulation problems. A&L is a relatively small and privately owned. Although they serve several neighboring counties, I can attest to their quick response times even during peak seasons. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, and they spend all the time needed to explain (in non-technical) terms what we should know. Also, I am continually amazed at their thoroughness and quality of work. When they clean electronic air filters and dehumidifiers, they are cleaned thoroughly- no shortcuts. These are tedious, time consuming tasks that some other technicians do half way. A&L is thorough. When they leave, everything is clean and returned to its proper place.
