5 Star Cabin Restoration

Great communication, very responsive to any questions or concerns, coordinated project well-we had numerous tasks to complete-repair ceiling, build decks, design front walk and paint entire house. Would use again and we would recommend this company without pause.

I would highly recommend Troy, Lee and 5 Star Cabin Restoration. I needed a privacy fence on two sides of the back yard of the house I was buying (one side already had a privary fence) Troy gave me an estimate for installing fence on two sides and cleaning up the fence that was there. Turned out the standing fence was rotten and had to be replaced. The price was the same as I was quoted. The work was done by Lee in the time it was promised even though it rained every day of the install. All the old fence and debris was carried off. Both Troy, Lee and Lee's son were very enjoyable to work with. I will definitely being hiring them again in the future

Troy (owner) is the man! Great communication skills and follow up but most important - great follow through! We had red walls inside our cabin (with tons of wood trim) and wanted a lighter gray. Troy came in with his crew and did an amazing job! He was very detail oriented and a tremendous leader with an obsession for perfection of the job. I can t say enough great things about Troy and his company. If he is an option for a job you need done, stop your search and hire him. He is fairly priced and in my opinion probably way under charges for the quality of the work he does!

Should change name to 6 STAR Estimate was in a timely manner and follow through to completion was excellent. I picked a very hard color and was challenging at times, but I was more than pleased when completed. Even got a 5 star from the boss.

They stopped the water from flowing into my basement and garage in one day. Even worked in the rain!Workers were knowledgeable and worked hard. Troy was a professional who listened and made realistic fixes.

Troy was extremely responsive to my messages and helpful with coordinating. I live in CA but have a home in TN so it is sometimes difficult to schedule and coordinate due to proximity and time zone differences. But Troy was easy to work with and quick to respond to my needs of getting a section of the gutter fixed before the next rains came-which was within about 5 days of me calling. Will definitely use 5 Star Cabin Restoration again; and recommend them to friends in Knox Co.

Troy the owner of 5 Star Cabin Restoration and Ty were wonderfull! They were professional, efficient, reasonably priced and did a great job!! Troy contacted me within a few minutes of my going on to Home Advisors last night. We needed our gutters cleaned as soon as possible. We connected first thing this morning, Troy followed up with a text when he was on his way, they arrived cleaned the gutters, blew the deck and got rid of all debris in an hour. Within 3 1/2 hours of our first conversation everything was done. I have been in the customer service field for over 30 years, I was very impressed with Troy and Tyâ s customer service skills, they went above and beyond and I will most definitely call them again when needed. Thanks so much for all your help, great job!!
