I had some issues initially but as the response states below they made it right. I would use them again.

"I sincerely apologize for what this customer has experienced with their clock and my attempted repairs. I work very hard to make sure that my work satisfies my customers. All my work comes with a one year warranty , which starts when the customer is satisfied and the clock is working properly. Any and all warranty work is done free of charge. If she wants to bring it back to me, I will gladly make things right."
