I would give it a 0 out of 10 (one being the worst 10 being the best). He lied to me about where he bought my hot water heater, about the types of payments he accepted (he also proceeded to tell me that the place he purchased my water heater didn't take credit cards-----however Home Depot definitely accepts credit cards), He also advised me not to purchase a water heater from the place (Home Depot) that he purchased it from. I don't even know how much money the water heater costs because he will not give me the sales receipt. I also need the receipt for my warranty to be honored. I would also like the receipt for tax purposes, but he insisted on this generic hand written receipt. He kept the drain pipe on our old water heater and never put it back on. The job is not complete and he has already been paid in full. I confronted him about all the things I am unhappy about and he will not resolve any issues for me. I don't recommend this provider to anyone!
