Project came in on budget and on time. The sales people and installers were friendly, cheerful, and hard working. No damage was done to existing structures. The crew cleaned up very well at the completion of the job. The entire project was finished in a timely manner.

They did an awesome job for a great price. I chose the Carrier brand 15 SEER unit(s). They offered to do more for less $ than any other HVAC supplier in the region. They also did the work I needed in order to qualify for the TVA energy rebate. Everyone I've talked to has been extremely nice.

Their crew was professional and they got the entire job completed in around 6 hours. The lead member of the crew explained the warranty for parts and labor (10 years parts and 2 years labor), explained how the new thermostat works and how to set it, and how to take care of the water pump (putting bleach in it once a month to keep algae out). They added a return in my basement to circulate the cooler air throughout the house and to keep the basement dehumidified. They added a new vent in my basement as well. They also cleaned up all the mess when they were finished.

The outside unit is extremely quiet and my home stays nice and cool. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and everything seems to be working well.

They arrived when promised and were quick to diagnose the problem. I will use them again for any issues I may have in the future.

I made a call. They came out the next day, arriving on time. Mr. Hatley was the tech. He has been doing this a very long time and it was obvious he knows his business. He diagnosed the problem quickly and just as quickly repaired it. He was courteous and professional in every way.

I trust them above all others. My system broke down and I was out of town. My wife needed heat in the house. They called all their other customers and asked if they could put us first. They sent the entire crew out and got the job done in one day. They arranged it so the unit was available for a tax credit. They also found out that the unit I had in was not big enough for my home so they put in a larger unit. After they did the work they had all the inspectors come out to make sure everything was done right. Their prices were reasonable.
