Went well overall. Few hiccups, which can be expected in any remodel, were worked out satisfactorily by owners immediately. Very pleasant to work with. We are happy with our new kitchen.

We have used this company on several occasions and have always been satisfied. Our most recent experience, however, was void of customer service. We had some concerns over our recent install and the owner, Karen, responded via phone. We discussed with her our dissatisfaction over the holes drilled for the vessel sinks and the gap between the granite sill and the window. She was defensive, lacked empathy and placed blame for the error on our contractor rather than her contractor. She did not provide any solution nor show concern over our dissatisfaction. We will not do business with this company again and will not recommend this business to anyone.

"Every story has two sides. Our template was completed and did not receive sinks from customer at template. Customer was told we would drill for vessel sinks at the install. Customer was not at the install date for countertops. Only her contractor was on the job site. The customers contractor place sinks on vanity and marked were vessel bowl holes should be drilled. Our install crew drilled them for customer. When the customer came home she was unhappy were the contractor had placed sink for her project. Customer was told we would be happy to return and redrill any holes for her at no charge. She never called back. It is our policy and customer knew this that a person who can make decisions must be on job site. The contractor told us he called customer and confirmed with her were she would like the holes drilled for the vessel sinks and the faucets. The customer did tell me she was going to make the contractor pay for replacement counter tops, but again she never called to set this up. So maybe the contractor refused to pay for customer replacement tops."
